MMS NetWork offers supply and service contract for Computers, Networks, Printers, and other Peripherals in the premises of office. Your business has become highly dependent on computers and you dread the thought of your computer developing a problem at the wrong moment, when you need it most.
Network Administration:
MMS NetWork certified network experts will access your network once a week to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency and secured. All critical performance statistics and data is collected and analyzed to identify problem areas and trends that may adversely affect your network. This weekly check-up will ensure that your network remains “healthy”. Problems are readily identified and action taken immediately to remedy any problem areas. The weekly remote activities performed include: Review of console logs for network errors and warnings, analyze processor utilization statistics, analyze server hard drive capacity, analyze memory utilization statistics, identify and report network problems and issues. The monthly remote activities performed include: Update virus signature files on the server, purge deleted files and optimize hard drive space. In addition to the weekly health check on your server(s), we can configure the server to notify MMS NetWork, via e-mail, if a backup fails, a virus is detected or if the power fails.
On-Site Service:
This plan includes four (4) hours of on-site service provided by MMS NetWork team of advanced network specialists. Our staff is capable of solving any network problem, and is available for resolving a variety of desktop issues and problems related to hardware, network connectivity and operating system errors.
Phone Support:
MMS NetWork will provide phone support for all of your network users. Should any users
Encounter computer related problems; they simply contact MMS NetWork via phone or e-mail. Our Help Desk staff will make every effort to resolve the problem remotely. Problems that are not resolved in this manner will have a MMS NetWork technician dispatched to your office for prompt resolution.
Office Time Monitoring:
MMS NetWork will remotely monitor network devices and servers will be monitored for continuous operation. Should a network device or server fail or lose connection with our network operating center, then MMS NetWork will be alerted immediately. In addition, our remote access capability allows us to quickly diagnose and correct most issues that may cause down time.
Quarterly Network Audit:
Once a quarter, a MMS NetWork network analyst will schedule an on-site visit to perform an audit of your network. This time will be used to evaluate the overall environment, inspect all network equipment and perform preventative maintenance on the server and network devices. Our preventive maintenance tasks include cleaning the tape drive, testing the battery backup, and performing a sample restore from tape, MMS NetWork offers a wide variety of support and administration contracts. Computer networks are as varied as the people that use them. Each business has different needs that must be addressed to ensure that their system runs smoothly. An IT professional can make your network run more smoothly and ensure that your employees have the tools necessary to work efficiently.

· Attend your faulty computer in the shortest possible time, usually the same day.

· No extra charges for the services for the products already purchased from the market.
· Our service team will fix the problems on the spot but in case they have to get the machine to the workshop, they will inform the concerned person
· Warranty will be claimed from vender
